Reservation Minimum (required): Invoice total of $1,000 in food purchase (excludes any travel fees and gratuity) for Friday, Saturday and Sunday; $800 for Monday through Thursday.
Travel Fee: Local travel (25 miles from Ambridge, PA 15003) is included. There is a $3 per mile travel fee after the first 25 miles. The fee increases to $5 per mile after 50 miles.
Taxes and other Fees: All taxes are included in the price that you see. We also do not charge a general service fee.
Gratuity: Tips are not expected, but always appreciated!
The food truck will arrive up to 2 hours prior to food service start time to set up, turn on equipment, etc. and will remain active on scene for the agreed upon time. Arrival time and length of active service will be determined once an event’s time frame is confirmed. Arrival, serving time and time the food truck remains active (i.e. service time) on scene depends on the number of event guests:
70 guests or less: Food truck remains active on site for 1.5 hours of service.
70+ guests: Food truck remains active on site for 2 hours of service.
Additional time can be purchased for a pre-dinner “cocktail hour” or late night service, etc.
Active service time does not include setup or teardown time. Active service time is the amount of time the food truck will be open for guests.
